2. Aerial yoga

Aerial yoga offers many of the same benefits as more traditional yoga but adds a whole new dimension with the use of fabric hammocks suspended by carabiners. Use of the hammocks can allow you a greater freedom of movement enabling you to adjust your body position which in some cases can allow an increased stretch. With the additional instability and increased impact of gravity, aerial yoga will give you a fantastic core workout whilst combining a fun, new experience with the effective stress release every good yoga class offers.
